Nursing Notes

Nursing notes on Nursing Culture are organised by course first, then by subject. Start with B.Sc, GNM or ANM so Google — and students — can see a clear study hierarchy instead of a single mixed PDF pile.

Notes by course

Each course has different depth. B.Sc Nursing notes go further into anatomy, pharmacology and medical-surgical nursing. GNM notes stay close to diploma exams. ANM notes emphasise community health and midwifery.

Subject map we are building

The next layer of this section is subject hubs — anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, community health nursing, medical-surgical nursing, child health nursing, mental health nursing, and obstetrics and gynaecology. Each hub will then get topic pages (for example, cell and tissues under anatomy).

Until those topic URLs are published, the course pages below already explain what each subject covers and how to revise it with classes and previous year papers.

  • Anatomy and physiology — structure and function, the base of every other paper.
  • Pharmacology — drug classes, doses and nursing responsibilities.
  • Community health nursing — national programmes, family visits, ANM-heavy content.
  • Medical-surgical nursing — adult ward conditions and nursing process.
  • Child health, mental health, and obstetrics & gynaecology — course-specific clinical papers.

How to use notes with classes

Read the topic, attend the free nursing class for that unit, then attempt a previous year paper. That loop is more effective than collecting PDFs you never open.

Frequently asked questions

Are these notes a replacement for the official syllabus?

No. Use them as revision support. The Haryana Nurses Council, UHSR and your college syllabus remain the authority for what is examined.

Which notes should I open first?

Open the hub for your course — B.Sc Nursing, GNM or ANM — then the subject you have this week. Mixing all three courses on one page is how students get lost.
